Finnish pancakes are a bit different, but mostly jam :p

Filled, what you call them...crepes(the usual one Finns eat) are quite good.

My gf reminded me of this today(a bad excuse for me to make my kickass pancakes) so we'll be having some tonight made on our electric pancake make

I am a sugar/lemon guy myself and gf just eats them with sugar

It is fettisdagen here which translates to fat tuesday..... There are no pancakes but something far nicer called Semlor a cardamom spiced bread roll with almond paste (as thick as possible) and fresh cream...

I like a mix, generally jam but I love the bitter of lemon with some sugar on it.

Maybe nutella......

I'd go with banana and vanilla ice cream, but there is a pancake ban on in the house due to diets for a forthcoming wedding

Completely forgot about Pancake Day.

Since my tastes have become spicier over the past couple of years, I guess I would have to have them with chillis :D

No idea you were in the Nordic countries. Fettisdagen is my favourite day of the year. I'll be making my own, all the way over here in Scotland!

Golden Syrup and Lemon Juice.

Onion Gravy sounds nice though :) Loads of salt and pepper and it'd be like a non-crusty yorkshire pud.

That is just because the PlayStation2 is on the floor atm. GF had her girls over the other day to play singstars and haven't put it back yet. Usually there aren't wires like that all over the place

. I went to Saluhall two weeks ago and bought two mini ones but my god they were the yummiest ones I have tasted. I've been in Sweden now for four months.... I am loving crisp sunny mornings after the last three months of near darkness :p
