How does this s/s pally template sound ??

100 str, 75 con, 85 dex, 74 quick, 376 Hits

26% body, 21% cold, 21% heat, 5% energy, matter 23%, spirit 25%, 26% crush, 26% thrust, 26% slash

Skills: 5 shield, 3 parry, 11 Slash

ToA Bonuses: 7% melee damage, 10% melee speed, 9% style damage, 45 AF, 19 fatigue.

i know matter and spirit are kinda high but just cant get fitting items. energy is also piss low but ill be running with CL resists. this temp is made mostly for solo also. opinions please how to improve it

artis in it are Malice, GoV, WH, SoM, Scalars, DS and Band of stars yes i know but i wanted some utility to make it more intresting to play

no offence but if your making a solo template get +11 shield

hehe toaing my thane at present prob gonna gimp it although i'm trying something completely new and different... if it doesnt work then ah well waste of cash something like
