Surely they're a bit crazy to be doing this at a time when everyone is so tense and trigger happy? I know they have nuclear weapons, but surely that is only worth so much in this day and age?

Its a strange one really and something that will come to nothing.

If it ever did kick off I reckon the West wouldn't have much to do, just let India sort them out. They have been itching to nuke Pakistan for decades.

I think the USA would be in a world of shit if it messed with any of these countries, it isn't as scary as it likes to think it is. North Korea, Pakistan, India etc would kick a lot of Americas arses.

Yeah thats a major problem Trem. Everynow and then the Indians do fire their big guns as a kinda wake up call to Pakistan. Not aiming at anything but just as something to do I guess. Havent got any links but discussed it in my history class in 2nd year. But yeah if Pakistan did do something really silly India would move in very quickly i believe and probably wouldnt be averted to using some nukes!

...personally I think it's because the US forces are trying to move into northern Pakistan because all the "bad guys" have left southern Afghanistan.

Heh, I really want to know whats going to happen really. People are going to have to start being careful. Will go terribly wrong if nukes happen, because then you'll have the whole "allied countries" coming into help. =<
