Penaltys are horrible yes, but I think that Holland was the team who found the penalty shoot-out horrible. Cause Holland hasn't won any of the total 4 penalty shoot-outs in the major tournaments (world cup and europe cup). Unlucky Sweden, well everything needs to have a first time so the first time Holland won a penalty-shoot out had to be against Sweden
