what can possible be wrong?=< my net work perfectly for the other computers here @ home, but my laptop wont get internet connection via the tp cable thingie, Im using house nextdoor's wireless net atm.. I tried another tp cable and that didnt work either;O could it be something wrong with the input ? Problem with the hole plugs.

Unless both your wires are f*cked.

wires seems ok, since I tried the other computer (with net) and I still didn't get connection=<

YEah, then it's probably the divider box/plug at laptop(since you get net on the bugger thing)

Yeah, I guess.. =< Well .. that yellow light that comes when I the tp cable is plugged in is all gone;d no matter what cable I use so I guess there is some problem there :|

what is it to do then? should I hand it in to some computer service ? got a few friends that know alittle about computer but I doubt they can fix this on a laptop?
