Pacific Servers

Hey all,

Some of my friends & online buddies will be playing WoW-EU too, however, some of our mutual online buddies are playing the US version of WoW right now.

Now, a few of my mates seem to think that there'll be so-called "Pacific" servers, which both US & EU can access, however, I haven't seen anything official about these. Does anyone know if these servers will be available uppon retail?

I don't think there will be servers wich you can acces with the EU version and the US version. Why?

- There are also other servers; Asia. Asia will feel left behind if only the europeans and americans will get love.
- Why would there be different versions of the game then? Why not put everyone together on the same servers then anyways?
- There's an EU localized support team, and there's a US localized support team, who's gonna support the "pacific" servers then?

Probably alot more logical reasons why this wouldn't happen, can't think of em right now though

there won't be a 'pacific' version, or an atlantic either, for that matter. Blizzard have said that after the euro launch, they will put together a method for people to play on a server in a different region, which i presume will mean you use local payment but patch to a different server, but until they release those details, anything is just speculation really.
