Just watched it.. Portal between dimensions, under the Pacific ocean? lol.

But at least Portal's GLaDOS makes a cameo :)

Today we are cancelling the apocalypse!

Oh Ok..

I'm expecting as much as i did from battleship, only in the explosiveactiongastic level of what Independence day and godzilla were back in the day.

My popcorn is preheating and my brain is preparing to switch off.

He needs something to prop that cavernous nose open... however, I don't think any signals get from there to the rest of his body as it's still too far away :)

In terms of absolute nonsense in this sort of field, watched the first two of the new releases of Evangelion (a new 4-part film based on the original manga and subsequent film and TV releases) this weekend.

Was everything that Pacific Rim should have been and more. Can't wait for the concluding two episodes.

Utter nonsense from beginning to end - with a very complex storyline which isn't explained to the viewer - and won't become clear until the final film hits sometime in 2015.

Of course, you can actually choose to throw your brain away for this and enjoy it for the spectacle it is. Unlike Pacific Rim, where you get shot in the face if you attempt to bring your brain.

Anyway, I'd advise anyone who likes anime to check it out. Be careful you get 1.11, 2.22 etc. (3.33 hits the UK in March, 4.44 a year later I think) - the IMDB link was to 1.0 btw.

Erm...
