Outlook Express 6 problem

I've got two inbox.dbx files one from my new machine and one I backed up and long time ago. I need some of the e-mails on the old inbox.dbx I was wondering if there was a way of merging the two or do I have to swap between them in order to view my old and new e-mails?

Use File -> Import, you can specify another OE database to merge with.
