Outlook Emailing Question

Guys

Im using Outlook and want to email a load of people who I dont have their contact information saved as "cards". I.e if I start typing thier name it appears.

Now, I dont want to email everyone as a mass email as I dont want everyone "reply all" and spamming other people. Soooo normally I send the email to myself and Bcc the others in.

Now, my problem. I cant do the above as I dont have them saved as "cards". is there a way around this? I.e emailing people without showing whom I have emailed?

You can use this little tool to export your Auto Complete email address (NK2 files) to a CSV so you can import it into Outlook. Might be useful in future.

I was wondering why you couldn't just use email addresses directly in Bcc, then just copy and paste. Alternatively create a group and use that.
