Is there any way that I can stop Outlook replying to a html email in the same format?

For example, someone sends me a html email, I reply, and I want it to automatically convert everything to text only, and reply in text. At the moment, it replies in whatever the message was sent, but creates new messages in text (which I have been able to specify).

Any clues as to how?

You can set "plain text only" in the address book, iirc.
