Not all of them has been placed yet, as the areas still hasn't been released for testing purpose (1 BG at a time iirc, with a /level appropiate for the BG they want tested, starting from first one). Some of them is done already, and you can see the teleport keeps by picking the "labelled" map

if you look in the edges of the maps, you can see some hills with brown spots on, there the PKs will be, other hills with brown spots that are not near the edge of map are normal keeps/towers etc

you have to bribe the guards with magazines and run through the gate and you get teleported to the new frontier zone (it's a separate "world" like the dungeons etc.)
