when preording, do the games come the day of the release or get sent then?
also is royal mail first class or second?

Royal mail is 2 working days. Pre-orders will generally arrive on the release date I believe, because GAME will recieve the stock a few days early.

It all depends on the date that GAME gets the stock, for example my copy of Zelda arrived a couple of days earlier than the release date.
