I know this isnt the place but as were all from there maybe some of you have just had something simular to me.

Ive just recieved a notice that an order has been dispatched. Except I havent ordered anything in a long time other than preordering HalfLife2. Does this mean HL2 is on its way to me as we speak?
Anyone else whos preorderd HL2 got this email?
Also is there anyway of looking at order history on the site?

According to play.com Half LIfe 2 isnt due for relase until 09/04/04.

I suppose give or take 10 years on that might be best

I have a preorder from way back, but its with the local store here, they'd give me a ring when it was in.

Did the email give the order number? There is an "Order Tracking" link at the top of thier web page. Failing that, phone customer services and ask what they just sent you. They have probably just charged your Credit Card for whatever it is, as IIRC, they only take payment when they ship it.

Damn, I know what it is now and its not HL2

They have sent me an order I placed back in November again. Had me all worked up then. /me goes off to play the beta

I ordered Fifa 2004 on the PSONE for my mum on her card as a present for my brothers birthday (cheap online). No reply from game about returning it but I wouldnt see its a problem.
