Tis out...
and, tis lovely.

Hopefully it won't randomly crash when I hit 'back' on BW like the RC2 did...

It supports style sheets properly and doesn't munge cookies unlike Opera 6.

Apologies if someone's already posted this (but searching didn't seem to return anythin obvious...)

Opera 7, for the most part, is a lot better than IE.

I prefer it tbh, although I still have to use IE for some websites - the front end of game.net for one.

It may well be better, but its not the industry standard. And the industry standard, being IE, is the primary driver for web development.

Therefore, by a process of photosynthesis (or similar) any non-industry standard browser is instantly and incontrovertibly a pile of nerdy "one in the eye for MS" wank.

Which Opera is. And Netscape.

You can't argue with that kinda logic  What about people not using windows... or are they yet again, Nerdy people who're trying to get on in the eye on microsoft..... even despite the fact windows is fecking expensive compared to open source alternatives?

A load of people don't pay for their Windows', so the price is irrelevant innit.

I use Phoenix, I feel so nerdy, and marginalised.

Don't worry, open source software seems to be slowly but surely becoming more costly :p

As far as I know Opera has, and has always had advertisment banners at the top of the browser.

This changed or something?

I've been using opera 7 for a couple of days and i've uninstalled already.

Looked nice but was slower than phoenix and IE.
