"I don't think forums are the place to air your personal grievances"

I think the forums are the BEST place to air these grievances, there's no need to cover up any grievances a person may have - and if a company has forums open up to the public, they should expect these kinds of posts.

That was one of the BEST things about Barrysworld, being able to air grievances on the forums and see some OFFICIAL response to them.

The more corporate BW goes (ie, please email grievances to balah@blah.com) the more people it will lose.

Yes, sorry that was a bit unclear. By all means have your say. But GDW slated and slated, and didn't even want anything, he made out that his mind was made up and we couldn't do anything, so what was the point? Just the way it's happened here the last few days has shown that these sorts of things should perhaps be left to those who sort them correctly.

Perhaps when this all takes off a customer services section and someone employed to sit here dealing with queries is the best way to go?

A "customer services" forum might well be a useful addition. It depends if this is going to be the kind of customer services that has answers, or the kind where they have cue cards of predefined answers - cause the latter really wont go down well. As you say though, maybe that's best for the future.

Im sorry if I mistook you as a customer liason, however you have to admit that as one of the GAME representatives people are going to air their grievances to you. If any thing good has come out of this it has to be the thread were part of this community is busy beavering away to try and make suggestions to get this project off the ground.

I hope Im proved wrong but I think its too late.
