Open Beta Head Start in EU?

I read that the ones with access to the closed beta will be able to start Open Beta today (friday) in the US. Is this something that apply to us Europeans as well?

Nope. The PW was a US only event.

No, it's not open beta starting, it's a preview weekend (PW). Open beta starts both here and in the US on Sunday 7th around midday or so in Europe.
