Does anyone know which programs use ODP files, I never heard of them and someone just sent me a few. I know they aren't dodgy or anything, but don't know what I need to see them, or convert them to something I can use.

He says he scanned documents to make the files, if that makes any difference?

If that makes a difference to what? You already got an answer.

Well I tried googling etc and found there seems to be more than one meaning for OPD. I wondered if there was a common scanner program (used in offices or something) that someone on here knows about that creates files with a .opd extention. Then I could look for that and download it and see what the files are.

I can't get any of those programs to open these files, interesting programs though so thanks. I think I vaguely remember someone mentioning those a few years ago but forgot all about them.

Think I might have to give up, I've tried about 10 different things so far. :)

Yeah sorry, I typed it wrong in the first post, the thread title is right though. :)

Edit: how does that work anyway, how can it be shareware and cost 400+ dollars?

Well OmniPage didn't work either, I was quite hopeful too because it changed all the files so they had its own icons... maybe it's the wrong version? I'll definately give up now.
