Completley fucked my back yesterday, worst pain ever couldn't breath. All I did was turn round to unlock a bike chain and my muscle hurt a little bit 30 min later I was in agony.

Still hurts like fuck today, taken ibuprofin seems to be doing fuck all :E

that don't happen if your 80+ mate

ive done the same , im sitting in agony, but then again i didnt turn around i fell on my back on some rocks off a high jump
