Online Music Reference...help meh please :)

Ok I assume most of you have heard of www.imdb.com (internet movie database).

If yer any kind of movie fan and haven't visited this site...go now!...dont hangabout...you can find anything moovie related.

What I am looking for is something similar but music based and nearly as good.

SO does anyone know of an internet music database?


Your help would be appreciated....even yours perplex meh chum.

Ack ! I had a couple of good links to lyrics databases but one is dead and the other now points to a german site.

You could put it through Babelfish tho.

Not sure if this is what you want but i tend to use www.allmusic.com(or their sister site http://www.allmovie.com/ for film info)
