One wish

In a similar vein to that post on the VN boards, I wonder what people's 1 single wish for DAOC would be? Please keep it serious and to the point.

For me it would be to take pets across zone borders. Would be a laugh to see a minstrel charge in with a bonesnapper.

Fix things like I win buttons and instas, ie increase chance to resist, decrease chance of interrupts (not too greatly however some classes rely on these). Make ignore pain an actual ignore pain -> die without healing aid after certain time.

well, if its one wish, thats simple - for Albions to get backbones

failing that, for solid things to actually be solid, including people, floors, trees but especially keep walls! i was being hit by archers AND a dwarf managed to hit me TWICE thru a wall at the AMG with melee damage whilst i stood between the gates... <shrugs>

to stops Albs being pussy and attack when we out number the oppostion 10:1 or when we are even sided would be nice too. for example, 39+ in emain " oh lets wait 1 more port" even though mids didnt have that many or even close to it.

Bolt fix (we all know the problems, and if you don't there was a good 250pg thread on IGN on it)

Interrupt fix (again well known to all mage classes)

Fix that and I am happy with the rest

Sticking with the topic of this thread, and not posting in a vain attempt to increase my post count... why do people do that !!!

Two things that have been bugging me in the last few months and hopefully something that could one day be fixed... My personal wish list.

1) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix that damn trade bug !
2) Support for ingame CSR like in the states.

Fix Line Of Sight for pets.

I have developed a theory that all LOS code is in the graphics engine (which mythic bought) and so since pets dont have their own gfx engine mythic hasnt found out how to calculate LOS *shrug*. Its a truly pathetic display of mythics incompetence anyhow.

Oh and fix all see hidden / truesight. Stealth should not be rendered completely useless from a single realmability.

Oh and that idea to change IP was great too. (make it so healing is required after use).

And give us a real graphics engine FFS!
Face it mythic, you made a poor poor deal when you bought NetInstantlag.

1- Hibernai should have been a Oriental realm - sod the elfs we want ninja's!
2- no more nurfs- instead of nurfing a class make other class's better/fixed
3- Mez times down to less that 30 secs(maybe 20 secs) and give healers/bards/sorcerers something else in there spell lines
4- RvR damage reduced by 25% to 40% - casters might call this a nurf but it would change tactics in the game to make fighters have to defend more
5- Scouts lose the ability to stealth and instead get chain armour
6- Hunters instead can summon a war hound thats lvl 44 to a lvl 50 but lose the ablity to critical strike
7- Nightshades can apply poison(up to level 30 poisons....no lifebane ;]) to other Hibernian class's weapons
8- healers/clerics/druids get to cast one quickcast spell from there rejuv lines every 2 mins
9- runies get to lay 3 land mines each the strength of a lvl 45 PBAOE in there RC line
10- Friars get the option to fight with their bare fists = 90% qual weapon with a speed of 2.5 with a DPS and Bonus according to level

Stop nerfing and get fixing. Nerfing is unfair as alot of people spent a great deal of time to make a char they like only to have it gimped cos some other class is shit. Fix the bad and leave the good alone
