One last desperate try

So, I am making a movie for random bard. The fights are recorded with gamecam, so I am compressing them with xvid mpeg 4 codec in 2500 kbps before implementing them into the actual movie. Problem now arises, I get those black holes as seen is the rure's minion movies. It only seems to be pre-compressed material that have these black gaps. Anyone got any suggestion other than changing codec?

No its not, but its needed unfortunately else the files will look proper strange in vegas :<
