Not yet, but I´m heading to the Amazon in a few weeks so I´m expecting the worst.

I´m gonna test it on Isla Del Sol in a couple of days; No problems on the bike ride but you don´t really stress your collaterals that much on a bike. One girl I was with has had cruciate surgery and she struggled quite a bit.
