So im thinking of buying a Mitsubishi Galant 98-02 but im wondering if anyone has any knowledge about that car? How good it is etc. Or if anyone has some other option i should consider? I like the look of it and its in my pricerange so thats why im considering it.

Got a pic of a similiar car to the one im considering also

Good solid car, not flash but decent. Fifth Gear only rated it 2 stars out of 5 though http://fifthgear.five.tv/jsp/5gmain.jsp?lnk=201&model=12

Your best bet is to use that site to search for reviews and info on the cars that interest you.

The worrying thing is that the car loses 2/3 of it's value in just 3 years which is terrible, not a good investment that is for sure.

Well i was after the sporty look of the car withouth it being too obvious, like iwe seen some extreme showcars with blue neon all over etc and i would just be embarresed to drive one of those :) Imo the mitsu has a clean sporty look and thats just what im after, on the other hand security is quite important also since the reason im buying this car is because my old car got stolen and trashed now during my vacation and im never buying another Mazda.

personally i think they are lovely stylish looking cars without being to brash or outspoken.

Cant say i know much about the mechanical reliablity, cost to run etc, but based on looks, i certainly wouldnt be embarrased driving one :)
