i have one of these

i need more fps in my games so i was just going to buy an 8800 GT but then i though there may be something else slowing the pc down. Possibly the cpu speed and/or the memory speed or the cache

Currently i have 2048 memory in it and a 7600 Gt fatality Gfx card.

any ideas ?

The 8800GT may not even fit on your motherboard...

I would say the CPU was the most limiting factor on that PC...

If your looking at buying an 8800 card wait till January - prices peak in December every year for PC's generally and I think theres some new cards coming out which will force the prices of all existing cards down.
