have, once b4 rightnow came back up, and once after, still no reply and both were decent msg's like my user name, email, etc etc

is the email you entered in your account specifications still the one you are using?

It doesnt matter what email you tell them to use, or which email you mail it to them from. They will send the info to the one in your profile.
