I just opened my mailbox today and got emails from GOA giving 7 days free because of the lag!!

I got a "You account is closed" email instead this morning, guess they didn't think I should have it even tho my account was active during the laggy unplayable time, when I couldn't play...

Would be nice if someone from GoA can say how they pick who gets and who doesn't get the free days please.

Your account should open again. My second account was closed last night about 2am (got closed email) then I got the free 7 days and another email saying it'd be opened.
