just had a new tattoo done and i have to say i was grinning like the cheshire cat all the way home, it stung like buggery and got very tender but man its so worth it afterwards for that rush you get!

will post pic later when its stopped weeping lymph everywhere.

for some reason every time i get a tattoo or a new piercing (in my ear, none elsewhere) i always get this big rush and i just wondered if people who have loads get this or are they desensitised to it all? any one out there with lots of body art done that can answer this for me?

You body will always release endorphins it's a natural painkiller. On top of that, you are excited by the new "upgrade" to your look. So you shouldn't get desensitised to the "high". You might get better at dealing with the pain though.
Then again, i don't have a ton of bodyart so i could be wrong

lol well he did say it was going to hurt when i said i wanted it there but tbh it wasnt bad though he said hes got mates with looooads of tatts and they scream like a bitch if he does them there, i used a really handy yoga breathing technique which helped a lot and made myself relax as much as possible.

he said he had a bunch of gals in last week and they swore at him for the whole time, he got called a nob shit which entertained him but i said well tbh your a big guy with a needle gun im not cursing at you lol

I got half of Rams head on my back was done with a engraving gun, dam that hurt thats why it's only half of the head could not take the pain but when i should of been at school at 14 I was tattooing dam still get old mates giving me shit for the crap tattooes i did in the pass hehe did a britsh bulldog once, body was great but it had the face of a monkey lol
