Ok so I'm stuck on my current module and rather than sitting gawping at it and still not being able to do it I thought I'd have some good old fashioned time off...how nice has it been?
Ok so this morning what did i do... um loafed about in jim jams, got some chores done, loafed a bit more, then made some killer sangers for lunch (about 2 foot thick) and watched a travel dvd about new england (omg I want to go there, did you know Ben & Jerrys has a graveyard for discontinued flavours?? lol), um then I loafed...
I think I did something else but can't remember lol then I've just been playing all my music that I never get to listen to like kimya dawson, the stuff from Yes man and some classic jazz/blues and drew a picture for the last few hours, I havent painted or drawn anything for so long and it's something I love doing,and now I have a groovey new dinosaur piccy next to the desk (had to reassign some elephants but they are happy above the opium pipe) and I forgot how much fun drawing with pastels is...and how messy lol.
Might do some banjo or ukulele playing in a mo after nina simone has finished doing her thing and then maybe (if I feel like it) go for a run. I had honestly forgotten what it is like to have a day to just do stuff.
its great, but I notice I only appreciate it when I'm absurdly busy for the rest of the time.
