Actually it would be funny if the kid was interviewed after that and HE was laughing at it.

At the moment it's a kid screaming for dear life and people laughing at him, not to mention laughing at him 'cause he's fat or 'cause he looks like a girl.

No one would ever fall out of a ride, It's all hi-tech shit now, I went to Air at Alton Towers and the computer realised something was wrong and the ride stop completely. So nothing would happen because they're all like that now. Was funny when all the people where stuck though ^^ like 30 people just hanging there for about 20 minutes... the que was longer but was funny

i didnt find it funny, but i doubt he was in any real danger (check the thing around his waist and groin), he probably slided away cuz he had too much fat on his body which made him 'squeeze' a bit through the upper belts...

and yeah, its a bad mother for allowing her kid that get that fat, but i doubt he was in any real danger, he just screamed alot, and hey, the break.com titles and discriptions for movies are always FULL of shit...

It's so typical how people subconsciencely pro-actively react depending on the announcement of a video.

I was the video announced as: mom laughs while her fat kid cries in catapult ride. So I knew it was gonna be a funny video and almost laughed in advance.

Now tears announced this video as: fat kid almost falls out of catapult ride. So people tend be shocked or disturbed before even watching the video.

If if I would feel my body slipping out of a catapult atraction thingy, I would brace myself using my 2 arms at anything in the immediate surrounding. This kid just holds his mom's hand and was just scared because of the adrenaline.

That's the problem with the internet: people assume and debate videos depening of how it's announced. Most people who are sceptic or curious for that matter tend to do a little research afterwards.

- You assumption that you witnessed a terrible mother is so incredibely stupid it can't be defined...
People always scream in adrenaline rides as this one so - IF this video states the fact that the kid almost fell out WHICH I DOUBT -you can't blame the mother not paying attention to her kids scream - which were btw not even life-threatening screams - while she's full of adrenaline because of the g-force.
- Jumping into the conclusion that we would laugh at someone actually beeing killed - and I've seen a lots of those videos not that it makes me proud - is nothing short of the worst over-exageration ever.

Tbh the video made me laugh so much, i was pretty sure nothing bad was going to happen because on the version i saw (seen this before) it was "Kid NEARLY falls from ride" -- What made me laugh, believe it or not, wasn't the fact that there was a fat kid (omg lols so funny) or the fact the fat kid nearly fell out, it was the adults reaction, and the fact that she continues to laugh even when she looks his way.

I could only conclude that she didn't understand the potential danger he was in -- Maybe she couldn't see him falling out, after all she was spinning etc. on this ride, or judged the danger to be little. Remember we can't actually see if he's about to fall out, there could be aditional safety measures out of the picture.

the fact is people falling or having experiences that kid had in the roller coaster is FUNNY!! just the same as sum1 falling over .. or crashing there pushbike.

u might say yes.. but the kid on the coaster nearly died! you do realise more people die from a simple everyday fall than on a roller coaster? just because it was a coaster and he was more certain of dying had he fell out doesnt mean it was any less dangerous than a simple fall
