That's what you get for being old!!

Well - and here is the quick summary on Uncle Sick's life since '06.

Got hired by a big company here, working 50+ hours a week (which fcking sucks since I have an hour commute to work and now there's road work everywhere with Obama's 'New Deal'-deal going on...), benefits blow compared to Europe but the $$$ is semi-delicious.

Managed to buy a house and pay a car off before the economy went tits up.

Gaming wise I've been astonishingly busy, considering my schedule. I am still fresh enough to get along with 5 hours of sleep... sometimes 4. Hehe.

I've been playing WoW since US release (just like with DAoC I am apparently attracted to games which attract a large number of idiots), helped co-found a guild that has been active since 2005.

Tried Warhammer, which I actually liked, but only one guildie defected with me... and I went back to WoW. Dwarven engineers + gun turrets = win, though.

Also picked up L4D and I still playing CoD5 as much as I can.... guess the team!?

Tried to start playing the Close Combat series again but the lack of opponents smothered that attempt in the crib.

And if I had you on vent, the wife would probably leave me, Jup.
She apparently has a thing for accents (point-self-laugh) but I can't compete with a distinguished british gentleman accent.
No amount of goose stepping around the house will change that.

I am also really good at waiting for the tank to knock a team mate down, then unloading buckshot in his lower back/groinal areas.

I loveth the auto shotty because my style is the spray-and-pray technique. The ancient art of not being able to shoot anything with a bolt action rifle.
If anyone remembers - the Jackhammer was my preferred weapon in Planetside after all. With the Surge implant.

CoD5? Give me my MG42, I'll nail that son of a bitch to the ground and hose down half the hangar before I pull out my PPSH (drum magazine for moar ammo, of course) and cautiously advance further. More bullets = more win.
My accuracy is probably in the negatives.
