me and another warrior just agreed to see who could press 1,2 3+4 7,8,9 the fastest and then we flipped for the win. Hence we saved the 5 minutes of OOE fighting

been thinking of that university thing seriously myself, setting up a guild with some beginners of my class, guiding them and helping them until they decide to leave. like the defenders of jon.
howbout some experienced players doing that? i'm not worthy of starting up a university for armsmen

yes you can teach them how to get nuked and die honorably and wastefully on the fielld of battle.
How to respond to casters when they scream at you for not guarding/blocking/slamming/intercepting a mob/player

I love duelling, its a great addition to the game.
Thanes actually fight quite well in duels, 1vs1 that is, in the start i got beaten alot, but after a fair few duels i started to win.
Warriors are a pain to fight and i could imagine a being one is boring as well, block/parry all the time. But with my thane im having great fun, also when waiting for people in PKs, you disband and start fighting for fun.

And how can you whine about something, when its been in-game for 1 day, is it that you just _HAVE_ to whine over something?

Agreed. If a caster dies then you are automatically at fault. If you charged you are told you should have stayed and defended them, if you stayed and defended you are told you should have charged because casters can defend themselves. (Not 100% of the time of course, but as a principal it doesn't go far wrong).

Duels -

Duels fill in that boring time while you wait for others to turn up at whatever event you are waiting to start. So in that way its more fun than flaming the event organisers!

However, I wish the loser didnt have to get rez sick at the end of the duel, cos you all wanna fight again straight away to make sure it wasnt a fluke!
