1) 39's not that old, someone once said that "old age is 15 years older that I am now" so middle age must be half of that, ie 7½ years older - makes sense to me!

b) I'd give you a sanity check, but it would probably bounce...

iii) um, no, not quite there myself yet, I think you get level 3 Force Jump, or something like that. btw, I think I missed some of the secret levels in 36, any pointers you can give me? Anyone know if there is a walkthrough?
