There is (was?) a similar thing in Germany and one swap I watched was quite interesting, cause they swapped a "witch" with a very religious person. The "witch" went a bit mad though (even though the family was uber nice to her) and went back earlier, then closing her door and from then on she didn't even talk to the reporters anymore ^^
