Oh My God Cant Stand Ml1.2

Ive been looking for the mob for atleast 2 hours now i know its pathetic most times i find him within 5 mins but i cant not find him at all both servers. The stupid mob tells me to go look South and West of Meso and i still cant find him is anyone else having problems finding the mob?
