I got an Old Defender of Scorched Dreams, can I trade that in for a new upgraded version? Rep for the first person who tells me the name of place of the NPC that does it (if it is possible!)

I've tried speaking with her, and even handing in the old shield, but she doesn't want that item it says!

Hang on hang on you said "Old" ? you can't upgrade those, it was just "Classic server" items you could upgrade to TOA versions just read what you said again
