Its horrific. However after a convosation with a Irish chap living in South Korea atm it all becomes clear.
I wasn't aware it was taboo to wear off the shoulder clothes in public, or anything remotely form fitting, is however a normal ish thing for people to walk around with a shirt on and a pair of pants, as they dont "do" shorts.....
