Official Memorial Event for Gamblor

Nice ceremony and my first memorial - the Mids that showed up thought the important thing was to honor Gamblor and for one moment, leave keeps and fighting behind - I salute all that showed up from all realms. :worthy:

Tonight our thoughts was for Gamblor and those close to him.

Yeh i was leading the BG when messing around at Eras, and as the time approached i turned the BG into the Memorial Bg ceremony, and a majority of the mids stayed, and made their way to the ceremony.

Thanks you lot for tonight, even though we lost surs during the ceremony, the main thing was that all of you turned up and showed your respects to gamblor, and just shows you there are decent people all over this game.

Thanks again for all your pactience, i didn't really have much of an idea about what we were doing exactly, but we worked together and it went smoothly so............goodjob everyone.

i just saw the movie and it made me cry. life can be so cruel and i am deeply sorry i could not attend the memorial service last night for I am fighting my own battle myself at the moment in the hospital .I got Leukemia and I am halfway through my treatment, just 2 more chemo to go and I should have beaten this. Results are positive for over a week now. So u see, although somebody past away, which is really sad, there are others that beat their illness and go on. I miss u all in DAoC. I miss my cleric and everything but unfortunately this crappy laptop wont support the game in a long shot. In 2 weeks I should be able to go home, even if its only for a couple weeks and then I will be back on first thing. My deepest condolences to friends and family, but remember, after rain hides a little bit of sunshine and although every day i spend here feels like a week I know my sunshine will come and I will be free again. So cheer up, i'm sure Gamblor would rather see a smile on your faces thinking of the good times u all had together then a tear.
