I just thought I'd share a quick tip for Office 2007 (courtesy of Long Zheng): Search Commands. Basically, if you're having trouble finding the commands you need with the new ribbon ('Fluent') interface, you can use this tool to search for the command you want.
Personally I like the new interface, but it does take some relearning, so this may be a handy timesaver. There are a couple of catches: it's only a prototype (English-only, 32-bit only), and it collects (harmless) usage metrics to help identify what works and what doesn't.
Anyway, if you use Word/Excel/Powerpoint 2007 a lot, try it and enjoy
