Well, if people prefer as little cointoss'ing as possible, we should go over to Pie7..
C9 is what we do now with 7 players, there are 2 mafia, 5 townies, 50% chance for cop, 50% chance for doctor.
Pie7 is preset, no random: 1 mafia goon, 1 mafia roleblocker, 3 vanilla townies, 1 sane cop, 1 sane doctor.
And about the doctor thing, I think the most logical is that they can't protect themselves so that will be the ruling in games I moderate at least
