I'm saying it's a RPG about Corsair(Doctor Who) 'cause it's so obvious.

Dirge and ouroboros might actually point towards a egyptian themed rpg, perhaps towards a prince of persia thing, or mythos of ancint egypt. Also the 4 could just mean fallout 4, with the rest being towards an europe setting with egypt as the new brotherhood.
