with cold/heater LW i get 26 cold 26 heat and melee dam +2 so that answers all your questions.

most likely got too much +quick there (for hittin 250 soft cap) so if it's SCed could maybe think about removing some in favour of more hits or something.

edit: or capping +CD for ze offhand hittin more.

It's specific to mob types for PvE only - doesn't affect players in PvP

I always try and get lots of HP..its the best defence against everything
Dont care about energy and matter rly..noone use sun weapon and warlock will hit for crap after next patch..

this is with Heat/cold main+ bladeshadow, artis SOM,GOV and scalars.

but as you can see i get all but energy capped resists but miss out on caps. 7 dex and 12 str.
