NS Template - opinions please

only reason i dont have any + cs really .. is i cba ..

i PA once every 10th or so fight ... and variance is minimal .

also .. +cs only increases my cap really. ...

I still havent sced armor yet but this is my latest template that i think i will be doing.
the old templates had like 3 Zahur stuffs, and with a drop rate of 2% ... NAH
Then it also had Ring of Shadows and that .... artifact is never up. And last it had Evil Eye (balor drop) that i ever would get my hands on (unless "borrow" it)
With this template im only missing 1 ring and then im set.
