NS blade spec help

When i Reach RR5 with my NS im going Blades, so i need a bit advise on what i should spec.

I was thinking:

35 stealth
35 envenom
44 blades
44 crit
5 celtic

good/bad? or what should i spec

id drop env to 32, CS to 39, and put spare points in CD

High(ish) cd is nice, it's just what yer prepared to give up for it that makes the spec difficult.

my spec :
Blades 50
Stealth 35
Critical strike 34
Celtic Dual 30
Envenom 24

Autotrained stealth to 24 (yes, very old NS before /level)

Why 50 blades? Nice second in chain 'from behind', and given my elph's lack of str (only 322 fully buffed, but just aug str 2 so far) I need all the ws I can get - before its debuffed at least. Hoping Remedy will keep that high, not that I'm rr5 yet.

Dont think cs should go above 34, very little difference in pa or garotte/achilles. Blades does have a better asd anyway, for less of an end hit.
Yeah my envenom isnt the best, but I get up to level 38 poisons and they arent resisted that much.

It really depends on your playstyle and what you prefer.

High RR have used CS spec when it was still uber... now we hit casters for a whooping 600dmg with PA. There is also a high miss factor (lag + bad luck )
So many drop it and go for frontload dmg instead. I myself only have a rr3 NS . I dropped CS but i'll respec with NF simply because i like the CS more at the end of the day.

from personal experience i would say greatly increase your cd from 4, i recently respecd from 20(ish) to 32cd and i'm doing much more dmg and staying alive a lot more.

37 celtic dual

just thought of something else which is friendly to lowRRs and allso dealing out nice damage

38 stealth
38 envenom
50 piercing
29 celtic dual instead of the 37 above, imo you dont need the 34 celtic dual style; Meteor Shower.

any comments on this?

well, i think that

-18 cd is minimum

-39+ in your damage line is really optimal (cs/cd)

-39+ in your weapon skill is needed (pierce/blade)

-37 eff. env / 48 eff. stealth is minimum

as long as you hold yourself to those things, you can't really gimp yourself because overall dps won't vary too much between specs

When you go blade you really need 50 in it, also cs over 34 is useless.

I just finished lvling my malice today Gonna respec to:

50 Blade
31 Stealth
34 CS
34 CD
28 Env

(autotrain till lvl 48)

@ rr5 i would spec the same just lower cd abit and up stealth and env to your rank.

why not go summit like 50blades 39 CD 36 stealth, 10 crit (for backstab 2, dmg through the bubble) rest envenom? im also thinking of going blades tbh :S i think i just like the look of them more

If u use CS styles yes

I only use the CD stun from CS and for some initial dmg...i rely more on all out dmg.

Gimping CD ofr haveing high CS have been prove to be a bad idea

then again all about playstyle but i like my offhand procing a bundle

Have had 44cs 39cs and 34cs the damage on garrote/ah was almost the same only perf cap was higher.

(odd 7 blade couse I'm using battler offhand most of the time for snare and charge when needed) 4th weapon in inv with mezz)

Autotrained to 24, but so far this spec seems to have been working ok with still lifebane being available and bubble break from backstab2

Sure there are some weaknesses, yet I'm still liking this more than CS spec before

Use battler in third slot dont use it as offhand when your pierce lol. Just switch the other backup weapons form your inven lol.

Works good against other assasins but kinda crap sometimes when you have to kill fast.

Aww lol, meaned backup spot and not offhand. Using GS as main weap and croc tooth pierce as offhand
