NPC_Free gift from GOA

Me and some other dude has been looking for the NPC "Celadrielas" in Inconnu Crypt in all corners. Nothing! Can it be that you forgot to putit in or are we simply blind?

I feel like a little kid who was promised candy after school, but got none:-(

Thursday isn't over yet. AFAIK they didn't mention a specific time when Celadrielas would appear.

Whats the orb do anyways? appart from take up my weapon slot?

He's still there next to the obelisk in the Inconu Crypt. Gives you an orb with no stats, but which you can equip - anyone know what the hell it is?
