about SoS

Suppose that the ministrel uses SoS in a fight, even if you get a mezz or root or stun, you can run around for one minute and fight. 90% of the times someone will hit you back too so any mezz- root will go off beffore the 60 pass. Stun last 11 seconds so will go off long before the SoS end.
As an addition to these all the group has in-fight speed wich is great advantage. Also you get the imunity timer for the effects you had while in SoS mode (stun,mezz,root).
There will be 10% of the times that none will hit you to break the mezz/root and so they will effect you after the SoS (60secs).

So i say SoS>all

If you arn't dead before that Stun ends. Also if you're running about avoiding damage, you cant do much damage back either. I cant cast whilst running about, melees cant twat people if they are running away from them either

Ichor of the deep rules...I know I have 50 shaman on excal.

It's the best mid has but yeah group purge is a joke.

I'd like to see all three realms get access to group purge. Give it to healers and clerics perhaps, and then add a new RA to druids. This is a way to overpowering RA and deserves to be available to all 3 realms as a result.

Oh and give sorcs or minstrels insta aoe mezz Or at least remove it from the game altogether.

Group Purge, SoS, BoF, BaoD, Ichor, PR
are all great RA, it's all about timeing.

Imo Albion got the best RA's ( think mythic did a misstake )
SoS + BoF are great incombat RA's ( no way to counter them ),
Group Purge can be counterd by a new set of CC ( mezz/stun/root ), Baod can be counterd by resist debuffs.
Ichcor can be purged, PR are hard to counter thou ( unless you kill the rezzed all over again )


sure instant aecc would be great, but with the growing resists(buffs and RA's ) instant aecc's just aint got the duration, I rather get the new Sorc spells in 1.59, only realm with real use of the instant aecc are mid, since you can add a long duration cast aecc on the instant aestun.
so the realm that loses most of this is Hib, might make up for their silly stunning casters and 2x 100% healing tanks....

cast/shoot/attack. sos is 100% useless. you must be stupid if you whine about sos or even say it's better then GP :lol: . Only if your group presses purge and sos then you'll have an advantage and since both are on 30min timer i doubt you'll have them ready every time.

I don't know how much hibgroups you see on Prydwen in 30 mins but on excal we see them more then once every half hour.

no, hibs&mids are just total noobs on prydwen.

From what i've heard: hibs have no numbers on prydwen and mids just outnumber everything.
NP just shows how easy it is to play hib. why do you think they have about ~0,0 alb chars on camlann(lol @ sunset ;p) and have never joined albion on a server.
i'm happy NP joined another server, they skill up the RvR lvl on a noobish server where only zerg vs zerg exist.
we also have this on excal but FG vs FG still happens alot

Anyway, with idiots like you sos can be uber, i'm sure you're one of those fools that breaks mez during sos.

Im impressed on how good SoTL is on Prydwen, no offence to Excalibur, but SoTL really show some skill/teamwork between their groups. As i've always played alb before this, im glad seeing alb be able to put up a good fight

Im sure there alot of fg vs alot of fg fights going on at excal, good for you.

But Aussie, you've played Alb for awhile now, and I pity you if the only thing you use SoS for is running past camped MG's ( not that excal Albs need to SoS through their own mg camping zergs thou )

SoS beats GP if used right, combined with BoF it gets even better.
