I think they only came out on CD from #4 onwards.
Even so, a vinyl Now 1 could fetch quite a bit I reckon.

She has 1 and 2 on both vinyl and cassette tape. She also has No. 1 on a CD, though that may have been bought as a re-release (the covers different... same songs though).
