Karam: the only reason albion is strong is pure numbers...your only good because of your numbers. in US hib dominates RvR on the majority of the servers. dont see them boasting about how good they are. now if hib, mid and alb numbers were the same, you will see how well hib can do.

mids think "ah, finally a fun fight incoming", because we're PRETTY TIRED of the insta-roots then endless ammounts of fire wizards nuking our arses, fights with hibs tend to blend with a nice melee fight as well as some NEW nukes, not the annoying fire-sound

just wish us mids had more runies, they rock 10times more then ur puny wizards if specced good

The only good thing about recent developments, is the fact that Midgard has returned on the battlefield and Albion needs to wake up from it's hibernation - and I hope it will. But that's where the good things end.

Hibernians are still cought in their illusions. First of all illusion of grantitude (holding alb wall from midnight to 4 am - ROFL). They still post about being outnumbered by Albion, although no one believes it, not even them. And they still use this outnumbering lie as a lame excuse every time they loose - and every time they win it makes their overblown egos even bigger. To top it all up, they use all of the above illusions to justify bug abuse and pulling mobs into RvR battles. What kind of drugs are you taking? Whatever it is, stop it!!! It seriously screws with your perception of things.

I know you don't care much, but within just a few days you managed to reduce yourself from dear enemies to hated lamers. Just keep up the good work and you will soon have destroyed the server. And of course you will have someone to blame for it ...

Before you open your mouth blaming anyone, you should know that GoL has been on the battlefield in Emain with about 24 people from 8:30 pm fighting against steadily growing numbers of Hibs. We decided to leave about 3 am in the morning, holding ground against a large force of Hibs until they finally managed to beat us with twice our numbers and some guards again. This is just about the time you decided to show up and yell your great tactical insights over the battle field. I agree with you, about not being able to win a ranged battle against loads of Hibs, but why dont you flame the people who haven't been there all night, instead of the few, that were there and about to leave - and at the time recovering from the last attack, ress sickness and very low hp's? The whole six hours at prime-battle-time GoL has been out there, all we saw from so called "elite" guilds, was loose small groups, and for a short period of time a decent force of 12 RB's, most of whom decided to stay home after a failed attack. Judging from your posts on XP death in the borders, I would say you have to work on your stress managment and maybe it's a good idea you join the Hibbies and thus your fellow lamers.

I see newbie GoL people constantly pulling guards, trainig them to everyone else and then not fighting those guards most of the time.

I suggest you should reconsider your guild policy and not invite every idiot in your guild.

There is nothing wrong with the core of GoL (Herbal, Zag, Stt, and so on) but you should try to get rid of some jerks that screw most attacks with breaking mez, charging to far and pulling guards.

And for blaming GoL - it's easy, your bright yellow cloaks hurt the eye and i see them quite often when something goes wrong.

Aint gonna read this most of this thread but a few points.

RvR doesn't take skill, drop your ego at the door and leave it there. If it needed skill relics would never be taken due to fps lag.

RvR is about numbers (and levels earlier on). Albs have numbers, Albs are expected to win. Noone would argue that if Albion took their numbers and went for it that they would win...

I believe the poster, when he was talking about emain, means the big hib groups. I wasn't there but normally when hibbies come to emain they bring a lot of people prolly so they don't have to run to emain and instantly release - understandable.

Bitching etc is boring, like I said, it doesn't take skill, why moan. There is no "elite" in MMORPGS, there is stupidity though and that's what makes them fun

Yes it occasionally does happen, that one of our members screws up. Hell, even I screw up every now and then. But from 2000 times I saw guards were pulled, I saw it only about 5 times from one of our members - and not all yellow guild mantles are actually GoL. There is quite a few yellow emblems now, even two I know with a red "V".

Not everybody can be Level 50 right away and not everybody can know everything about RvR and it's rules from the begining. We actually make an effort to train our members in RvR and thus improve their skills.

And the times we invited everyone are long gone. Over 80% of our guildmembers have a 40+ main now and we do look at every new member very carefully. Again your blame is directed at the wrong people, influenced by prejudice and based on little facts.

Why did you leave RB by the way?

And Zag, playing 'bad' is not level dependend. I know many "lowbies" that are decent players. Some ppl just started later and some have not that much time to play, i don't overrate levels.


And to Iziz:
Every Assassin Class has a hard time to get into a group - Albion still has no lvl 50 Infiltrator - ask Mallus how often he is able to get into an exp group.

To the Albs who started this thread:

Of course we beat you in Emain! For crying out loud it's our bloody frontier! If the word goes out that another realm is attempting a relic raid, Hibs flock to the frontier to help defend. That's why if you eventually make it to one of our relic keeps, you may well find the entire realm of Hibernia there to defend it. Taking Crauchon and Crimthain are meaningless really. It's the relic that counts.

And before ragging us about sucking outside of our "safe haven", maybe you should take the time to compare frontiers. You can run from Ligen to Crauchon without even seeing a mob, let alone aggroing it. Shit, Hadrian's is so aggro I can feel the grass biting my feet as I run through it. Getting to Benowyc isn't all that bad. There aren't any serious mobs floating around, but getting through Pennine is a total joke.

Every realm rules it's own frontier. It's a hell of a lot easier to defend your realm when you're fighting somewhere like Pennine than it is in Breifine.
