Quick note to say bug abuse in game is against CoC, getting stuck (dunno if it was on purpose) inside the midgard bridge in BG1 then taking advantage of your new position by attacking everyone that goes by without them being able to attack back, IS bug abuse and i have no doubt several people have already reported it to GOA... especially the ice wizzy you wouldn't leave alone

While we're on the subject of bugs. Has anyone seen the bug on hib where you can get on the top walls of Tir Na Nog, and also inside the walls. You can ofc attack people and again ofc they cannot attack you. Just so you know. Got ganked on the PvP server about 5 times because of some Runemaster up on the walls.

Erm, whether you're talking to me or to Coim you did abuse a bug, check the CoC you will see bug abuse is not allowed and can easily lead to a ban.

I thought they had fixed that bug, I was under the impression they had changed it so you could still get in but no longer have Line of Sight.

You're 100% positive he was in the bridge?

How is it petty? If acei is correct then he has done exactly the right thing, reported it (hopefully with some evidence) then posted to inform the person they have been reported.

In RvR you usually find that for every person having fun there is someone (usually the people they just trampled) who arent enjoying it, ying and yang and all that crap.

Yup, 100% the fact he was hitting everyone and we didn't know wtf was going on said it, i eventually managed to hit him under the bridge but only after ages of attempting to do so.

Petty? He was abusing a bug to gain a major advantage over all of us, he was killing people and no one could hit him for ages until i found out how.

i'd rather play with decent people that obide by rules so they're actually killable. you say it's only a game, no-one wants to play a game that has such an advantage to another player that they can't be killed. the meaning of a game is to be fun, he was defeating the purpose all together. go away.

if i was playing CS and some fella was using aimbot im not gonna come to evry cs forum in the world and post about him and write to his isp and every server admin banning him ..no i wouldnt give a monkeys ...woohoo he broke the rules i dont think he cares why should u care about him..
and ive already gone ..spend to much time reading monkeys complaining

Erm, cause he was killing everyone in Thid by using a exploit is why i cared. You say we shouldn't have gone near where he was... it was Midgard Bridge and we owned CK... mids were building up on the bridge, you expect us to clear the entire area so that they can take CK? He bug exploited and has been reported, end of it as far as i'm concerned... i made this post to tell him why i reported him.

first of all CS is a free game, hence people arnt wasting their cash playing so they can be cheated out of their money by someone else. people arn't going to pay to play a game where half the people cheat, thats why if you were charged to play cs no-one would play it anymore due to the huge amount of cheats. that's why there are rules, that's why you can get your account banned if you break them, thats why you should stfu.

In CS you can move to another server....something you arent likely to want to do if you have spent any significant amount of time building a char.
Anyone who condones this sort of thing, is probably an exploiter too.

old.SOSAGES you really need to get your head out of your ass and look at this correctly. How would you like it if someone was killing you time and time again and you weren't able to kill him/her? Think about that in a mature fashion (if you can)

I have come across a ton of people exploiting this bug, Mythic has known about this bug ever since Battlegrounds were added to the game. They won't fix this bug because it would mean then having to remake the while of the BG's again. So basiclly they don't care, yet they get piles and piles of BG Bridge Bug Abusing. In total i have reported about 18 people about 10 of them were Midgards 3 or 4 Hibernians and the rest were Albions. I have to say Midgards are the worst for using this bug, mainly because Midgard Bridge is always busy and Albions normally camp there. Only way to kill the Bridge Abusers is to use pets, or to get into the bridge and kill them. Which i've done a few times to kill nublet Runemasters and Spiritmasters.

"So you know how to get into the bridge, thats means you have abused this bug" I know how to get in, but i've never abused it to kill massive amounts of people to gain RP's i've used it to kill the nublets hiding inside of it. Which is all fair game, if Mythic doesn't like it they can go and suck my balls, because at least i'm helping the BG people.

Anyway enough talking, time to level my Wizard.
