Not haveing a good day Part 2

Anyway, after yesterdays fiasco (read Not haveing a good day) i went back into town, no where stocked tribes2 so I walked the 8 miles back home (i am very tired today). Got back and phoned an EB in another town which is 13 miles away. Got my bike and off i went, got pretty lost on the way there and fineally got a copy, on thew way back i got sevearly lost, i ending going 6 miles in the wrong direction , so i went back to EB to try and fined my way back again, got on to the road i came in on, and i was so tired i missed a turning and didn't even notice.

Anyway, in the past 2 days i have ridden 70 miles, walked 8 and spent a hell of a lot of money on my mobile phone bill. BUT i have tribes2 and it works (yey)

I think my love for Tribes 1 and 2 goes beyond obsession.

So anyone up for this game tonight, 7pm in (i forget the channel, think it is #bwt2

BTW, i forgot to say, OMG what a fucking fantastic game, It is a LOT more polished than the first, and a lot harder, skiing in easier IMO because you can hold jump to ski (tribes 1 you had to press jump when you hit the ground).

The turrets seem to follow you a lot more accurately, this is very good because the tribes1 base turrets were pathetic exept for the rocket turret, and when i saw you could change the turret barrels, i thought oh god the whole team will put rocket barrles in on all base turrets, but no, the other turrets are a force to be reckond with.

You gotta love the way the missiles break out of the casings in midair then fly off, the graphix are awsome, even on my low spec machine.

Yeah the funny bit for me was that, runs great on a 400 cele. Runs absolute crap on my gig and 700 machines. dunno, maybe it's just me
