I had one this afternoon, which is really weird, and i thought about this thread as it was happening

Had my nose cauterised a couple of years ago. Dr anaesthetised it with cocaine!!!!!

you mean it's a z? it can't be it must be an s!

As a general rule of thumb; -ize is old british english, and current american english. British english has evolved to -ise while american english stayed as it was.

And yeah, cocaine is a common anaesthetic for small nose operations.

I have a fairly large nose, so does that mean I would recieve a greater amount of cocaine, because I have been pondering if I should have my tonsils removed?
